Local Donations
Each year, Young Family Farm donates hundreds of thousands of pounds of produce to the Rhode Island Food Bank. We are proud to be a large part of the growing number of local farmers who keep our area food bank pantries supplied with fresh produce to support the community.

Some of the fresh produce that we donate includes:
Most recently, in 2014, we were pleased to be able to donate 162,114 pounds of fruits and vegetables, and in 2013, we were able to donate a whopping 241,000 pounds of fresh produce. Young Family Farm is committed to continuing our efforts to feed people here at home through the Rhode Island Food Bank, our retail stand and to millions more via our wholesale market sales to grocery stores throughout New England.
